It's interesting that in the Bible angles always appeared as men yet when they make this junk it's always little girls. Just a thought.

Besides the whole non-Biblical take of this thing -- it's rather ugly.

This thing looks like it's a drowned body in a bathtub.
Ragnar, I like the way you think!:P

Hmmm . . . I don't really think of angels as gendered beings at all, although in the Bible they always appeared masculine when they took human (or humanish) form. But this doodad . . . that's no little girl, Shma, that's a mummy with a blond wig wearing my mother's wedding dress!

When I first saw the headline, I thought it would be some sort of Chia pet thingy. This is just about as bad.

Another thought, what's the point of a growing angel? So it grows, then what? Can it "watch over you" only if it's larger than when you got it? If I was 5 years old and got this I'd be terrified of it.

I thought it was going to be another version of sea monkeys (that was before scrolling down and seeing the photo)

My son had an octupus that was similar to this. It was nasty feeling once it grew, and once it dried out it shrank back. What would my kids want with a slimy angel that will shrink when it dries out?

LOL, Ragnar. Good thought!
