Don't Forget Ezekiel Bread (which we eat b/c it's sprouted NOT because it's "Biblical"). I think the people selling it think they're pleasing God by making their bread this way. I'm just trying to feed my family with good sprouted grains. :)

The Ezekiel cereal is great! Just don't be foolish and eat more than the 1/4 cup serving. You won't eat again until dinner.....if then, even!
