Paula White's Outrageous Heresies!
"Pastrix" Paula White is a heretic of the highest magnitude and she is twisting God's word in order to make a buck.
In this video Paula White mangles the Biblical teaching of Christ's Atonment on the cross for our sins and turns it into a teaching about prosperity.
She denies that Jesus is the Only Begotten Son of God
AND tells us NOT to pray to Jesus.
Please compare what you saw and heard on this video to these passages of scripture.
Jesus Christ Is Clearly Called the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD.

Heb. 7:25 Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
"Jesus is not the only begotten Son of God"?!?!?! We are not begotten children of God. We're given "the right to become children of God" (John 1:12 NKJV). Jesus was BORN the Son of God. We were BORN "children of wrath" (Ephesians 2:3). We become children of God by adoption (Romans 8:15). These people are absolutely unbelievable.

So, Are these heretics willing to apply their "I'm a begotten child of God" stamp to Hebrews 1???
Let's see what the Father says about His only begotten Son and let's see if He might say the same things about Paula and her heretic friends.
In v. 6 the Father commands all the angels to Worship the only Begotten son.
In v. 8 the Father says that His son's throne is forever and ever and that a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of the Son's kingdom.
In v. 9 the Father says His Son loves righteousness and hates iniquity. The Father even calls the Son "God".
(Paula, and the rest of us, are by nature children of Wrath and God would NEVER call us God)
v. 9 goes on to say the Father anoints the Begotten Son with the oil of gladness above thy fellows
v. 10 The Son laid the foundations of the earth.
(Let me see her try and steal that title from King Jesus...)
v. 12 His years shall not fail. He does not change.
(Plastic surgery will only go so far for Mrs. White.(or is that MISS White. I can't remember if her divorce has been finalized??) She still waxes old like a cloth. Just like the rest of us)
All praise be unto the Lamb who sits upon the throne. Praise be unto the name of Jesus Christ who is the Only Begotten Son of God. The precious lamb of God who was slain, not to make us prosperous but as a propitation for our sins (1 Jo. 2:2)and more importantly to Glorify His Heavenly Father.

So, now we are equals with Jesus? He was only the FIRST Son of God? Don't pray to Jesus? All we need to do is pray to each other or to ourselves, then. We can now all be prosperous if we want to.
They say "Redeem" means to "bring back."
No, "redeem" means to "BUY back, to recover by PAYMENT, to deliver from sin and it's consequences by means of a SACRIFICE offered for the sinner." (The Lexicon Webster Dictionary). In other words, PAYING A PRICE.
If I can get that from a dictionary, why can't they get it from the Bible (from which the definition came)?
Jesus broke the curse of poverty? By the way, we have all this stuff you can purchase.
Jesus died of a "broken heart?" That's the Catholic "sacred heart" thing. A broken heart doesn't even come close. It sounds like Jesus just pined away of sadness one day.
Now we can all be the beautiful people, pay big bucks for plastic surgery and become a Barbie doll, wear the high-priced clothes, and live luxurious lives like the "Pastrix (good one!) does. All we have to do is buy her merchandise and learn the hidden "truths" that only she and this other guy have miraculously gleaned from the Bible. As we all know, that's the first thing that God wants for us. I'm sure the apostle Paul got this, that's why he led the high life, too.

Our sonship is by adoption, not by nature. The ONLY reason we are called "sons of God" is that we are adopted into His family and are united (Romans 6) with the BEGOTTEN Son. It is the union of the adopted with the begotten, the divine natur of the begotten being an essential prerequisite. The Begotten is the vine, and the adopted are the branches.

This is clearly heresy -- and the two people talking are obviously trafficking on the ignorance of believers in Western society. Esoteric knowledge that can bring posterity and health is an enticing balm for the needy -- even if it promises everything and delivers nothing.
My problem is: I hear this ridiculous kind of talk all the time -- from many well-intentioned Christians. Where do we begin in correcting the faulty thinking? The ignorance and sloppy theology seems to be everywhere these days. How do we go about rightly discipling people before it is too late?

Those two make me sick. They are teaching open heresy and many listeners will see nothing wrong with that. And do you know why?BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR BIBLES.Doug asked how we can help this situation, I think we should know our Bibles for a start. We should study our Bibles and also get to know what these people are saying, who they are and what is their agenda. We should pray for discernment.We should walk near Jesus and confess ours sins to Him, forgive people who sin against us and forsake the world.We should love the truth and give our lives to spread the truth.It is the truth that makes people free. And we should use every opportunity to speak in love, to use the Internet, to use our Bibles to break the darkness of our times. because it is darkness indeed, dressed up as light, but darkness nevertheless.

We, as God's children, are NOT begotten. We are grafted into the natural vine by the blood of our Lord, Savior, and King Jesus Christ...all through faith in His blood sacrafice, His and resurrection.
These people don't know the Word of God, and yet they are trying to teach it. And people are swallowing it because of their own blindness and ignorance. God is a spirit and must be worshipped in spirit and in truth. That is done through faith, yet for all their teaching and proclaiming, they only show they have a lack of faith. Being a follower of our Lord and Savior requires faith, which is dealt out severally to us all.

Someone should've revealed all this to the apostle Paul.
Silly Paul, merely thinking that the blood of Christ ONLY washes away all our sin, he just didn't understand that it was to heal his broken heart and deliver him from poverty. Which part of Christ's anatomy was bled/bruised so he could escape prison, THAT'S the one he needed the most.

Paula just pulled out in front, but I have a feeling that with that deep shift conference we'll be looking at someone's teaching that will make Paula White look like Leonard Ravenhill or R.C. Sproul.

I wish more people would open their eyes to see how utterly wrong they are teaching the Scriptures with such fallacy. Paula White and Larry Huch are completely inaccurrate and should not be regarded as teachers of the Bible.
They have gravely abused the responsibility of teaching the Bible for the sole purpose of personal profit at the expense of others.
They have gravely usurped the authority of the Word of God to maximize their own coffers at the expense of severly minimizing the cross which with we should truly be focused on living by.
I would find it difficult to believe that any of the prosperity gospel preachers have truly lived a crucified life. None of them, in my opinion, could even be considered evangelists either. They only seek to bring the good news of increase to their own checking accounts while bringing depression upon those who have given to their deception.

It is very telling that in the beginning of this clip they both refer to their CD's, etc. as "product". This video is basically an infomercial. They are merchandising Jesus Christ, or more accurately, "another" Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3-5, Galations 8). Just awful.
In some sense, they DO know the Bible. They know enough to use scripture to their own ends. My guess is that they actually have copy writers on staff that produce this junk. Basically try to determine what will sell, then write it. Find out what people will pay for, then provide it. And collect the loot. Appeal to greed, fear of illness and death, etc. Provide the "solution" through this "product". And if you act now, we'll include not one, but TWO Ginzu knives AND a Popeil Pocket Fisherman. Hurry! Supplies are limited!
I can't believe how they trivialize the sacrifice of our Savior: "Christ the Perfect Lamb was slaughtered in the most humiliating and painful way possible, instead of you getting the punishment you deserve...so you can have a new car and a house in the suburbs!!!" What a puny and disgusting nano-scale "gospel".
It just gets worse and worse. I wouldn't want to be these guys on Judgement Day. Can you imagine the anger that God the Father and His Son will have toward this stuff?

Uh, I may be out of place here and I do not know the context of how she said this, but Jesus tells us we can pray directly to the Father and no longer have to pray to Him, right? I am not sure if that is what SHE means by it, but it does say that in Scripture.

Well, when I read the warnings to preachers and teachers to be extra careful what you are telling the flock , I am truley terrified for these people. Did you catch in their chat that they were saying people did not get this stuff? No, it is not that we don't comprehend it, it is that they are preaching things that Paul would have probably had an outburst over and clutched his chest and ran from the impeding perverbial thunder and Lighting to strike them. ( I say jokingly...sort of.) Why err on the side of evil, lies that come from you know who, and the consequences to come. Yikes!What thy are teaching is not found in holy scripture.We had Larry Huck in Portland, OR and he was teaching some weird things even back then, 10 years ago, playing with scripture, but preaching the GOSPEL, wasn't of great concern to him. It is no surprise to me to see him teemed up with her torturing scripture and making it say things it doesn't say. How scary for their souls. The books of Peter and Jude make me cringe.How dare they say that Jesus is not the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD but that we are. Read the bible: we are the creation of God, and then through Jesus' death, burial and resurrection, through faith, as the last Adam (romans 5, 1 Corinthians 15) we can become his children through ADOPTION. Jesus was THE Son of God before the world was ever created in eternity past in the trinity. They are playing with the trinity and that is so dangerous, but then that seems to be the order of the day by so many "christian leaders". I strongly recommend to anyone who needs and loves the truth to listen to the oneplace.com Loveworth Finding Ministry with Adrian Rogers. Back in the beginning of the Year in January or February he had some great sermons of the book of Jude, one message entitled "Portrait of an Apostate" and something like "Snakes of the Garden"( please see the archives to get to those) And then of current messages playing right noware Revelation and those are so good. Very edifying messages by a man that loves Jesus and was spiritually gifted with teaching and then some. I have to cleanse my mind from the bad teachers and listen to some inspired good ol' fashioned TRUTH to keep it going. I love that Chris, pointed out a bunch of scripures to counter what these holy liars said. We can pray to Jesus. Do these people think that men and women are stupid and not aware of what the bible says? How can they peddle this stuff? It is sin. It is terrible. And there is a terrible price to pay if they don't repent right away. Please google and enjoy a fantastic book by John Higgins of a Calvary Chapel called, "The Mannaseh Effect", which is a freeonline read. It can be googled to locate. Very good read. It makes you think twice about sinning and the long lasting effects of it. Who knew Levitcus could be so exciting? I actually watched this broadcast and could not believe anybody could twist scripture the way these two did. And I'm not surprised she has aligned herself with Huch. He has his church observing all the old testament Jewish rituals. In fact this week he was advertising that they were going to celebrate Passover seder. Has he never read the book of Hebrews or Colossians 2:16-23?

In line with above poster Marilyn B., I too am very grateful for the many "watchmen" (A Little Leaven, Ingrid Schlueter, Todd Friel, etc...)who are catching and calling attention to heretical teachings (?) such as found in the many likes of Paula White.
From a more selfish point, in regard to Paula, I am also grateful her last name is not 'Tour'. I would have alot of explaining to do.

I agree with everybody on this. I hope Paula White "sees the light" before it is too late. What's most heart-wrenching of all, though, is how many people are being led astray. Like so many others said, it's because no one knows their Bibles anymore.
Just yesterday I flipped on the TV to see a televangelist by the name of Peter Popoff, promoting his "Miracle Manna", a little piece of "anointed" bread that he said God gave him the formula for and that would bring miracles into one's life. What astounds and sickens my heart so much is that people actually fall for swindlers like Popoff and Paula White.

How long will so-called Christians continue to put up with these heresies? How much longer will so-called believers consume this poisonous bread of the adversary? Messiah gives a very clear answer to these questions:
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS" - Mt 7:21-23.
I pray that these TBN teachers come to the knowledge of the Truth about Messiah Yeshua and His divinity. He did not die so that we might become rich or live in prosperity; He died so that we might be saved.

Paula does a great job here of cherry picking verses out of context to fit her needs, such as 2 Corinthians 8:9 "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich."
Too bad (for her) people who know how to read the context of the Scriptures will see that Paul exhorts his readers to share in that grace by giving to others as they have need instead of trying to horde money.

These people disgust me. Not because they see things differently than I do, but with the way they cheapen the suffering and indignity that our Jesus/Yeshua willingly allowed himself to be subjected to, to save us from our sins.
Now it's all about our Lord's incredible love and sacrifice via his suffering and humiliation, so as to "break the curse of poverty?" To me, this isn't much different than the cheapening and sacrilege of turning the temple into a money changing hangout for hustlers and a "den of thieves."
Our Salvation and spiritual renewal is guaged by how many sports cars are in our driveways, and how quickly our mortgages are paid? There are legions of faithful believers who have been subjected to evil, hardship, discrimination, persecution, etc. for which every day until death was a challenge and struggle, often with barebones means, yet who have persevered, and remained completely faithful to the Lord and his service, more so than I could only hope to aspire to, who NEVER lived under anything other than abject poverty, yet remained faithful anyway.
As for this creepy guy in the video making such a BIG DEAL out of the fact that he's a child of God too, he might as well just say "Jesus doesn't have anything up on me," because "I'm just as special a son of God too, as Jesus/Yeshua!"
I vaguely recall a verse or two saying some nice comment about believers in Jesus Christ being "sons of God," or someting like that. I guess that has a nice ring to it, nice thing, I guess.
But too me, I am only interested in fearing and respecting the Lord, with always gratitude for his love and sacrifice for us, as the "only begotten Son of God."
Fully aware of what teentsy significance I might have compared to our glorious Lord, the furthest thing from my mind is walking around wondering or worrying about what kind of designation or title I might "get" from this.
For that guy to make such a BIG DEAL about how Jesus's title is not unique, because he's just as much of what Jesus is as Jesus is, is so unbelievably ARROGANT, puerile and supercilious. Tells one everything needed to know about these slick, creepy people. Lord convict and straighten them according to your desire and your word, and help us always avoid the snare and sugar coated poison!

I completely agree with the one person who made the comment that people need to know their Bibles. This kind of teaching is a very serious thing. All though there are some who will poke fun of Paula White and just vent about the situation, truth of the matter is we are talking about two people teaching a heretical message here and millions of viewers swallowing it hook, line, and sinker. It's really scarry because the Bible teaches if the blind lead the blind they both fall into the ditch. Not only are these two people standing the chance of being lost if they do not recant, but they're going to take millions of others with them who don't have a clue what scripture really says. The Bible says that when we stand before God on the day of judgement we will be without excuse. Satan has got people blinded through this prosperity movement. And also he blinds the eyes of those who are too lazy to search the scriptures for themselves. It's high time to wake up, start studying the word, and be ready to give an answer to every man that asks about the faith. We need to pray for Paula White and others like her. Their message is dangerous and we are talking spiritual life or death here. The name it and claim it people are going too far with what they are teaching. They are so full of themselves there is no room for Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit. One thing people need to understand this movement is "all about me". It is very selfish and self centered. People will believe this doo-doo not out of ignorance alone. Some will fall for this because the presentation is so theatric and convincing. I have folks in my church who think that John Hagee and $$ Jakes are good preachers because they scream, yell, and dance.
I also have an elder who will twist scripture (not as bad) at Bible Studies. He reads the most silly things into scripture and wonders why people can't see this stuff. Well, Duh, it isn't really there.
Why would all this stuff be so hidden, I acknowledge the use of parables in the Gospels, but why would these particular theological points be so hidden.
Also, here is an idea if the stuff is so life changing as they so claim why not just preach it on one of your broadcasts.

Ok, that is just demonic right thur. I am 18 and they're how old, 40 something and I know that Jesus is the only begotten Son. I think they are preaching doctrines of demons, not doctrines of God.

Obviously there are wrongful motives involved in the editing of the video.
Did anyone notice Paula changed clothes in the middle of it? :)

There were no 'wrongful motives' involved in producing this video. The change of clothes had to do with the fact that Paula White took 3 different programs to lay out this entire teaching.
This video was produced to expose Paual's utter wickedness and let the Christian world know that she is teaching heresy and should be cast out of the church.
The verses you provided do not for a second change the fact that scripture clearly Teaches that Jesus Christ IS the ONLY BEGOTTEN Son of God.
Those who have repented of their sins and trust in Christ by faith are adopted into God's Family. Jesus Christ is God in human flesh. We are not gods.

I'm thrilled that people are up in arms at this.
Sadly, in other areas of Christendom, this is not the case.
Bruce Ware, faculty of Southern Baptist Theoloical Seminary has been teaching that we shouldn't pray to Jesus and that those prayers essentially don't go anywhere. (At least he doesn't teach that it's a sin.)
He also argues in his on the Trinity that Jesus is of lesser authority and function than God the Father.
Wayne Grudem whose Systematic Theology text is the most commonly used text in the US teaches these same concepts, and they are used to support gender arguments.
Women are supposed to be like Jesus in terms of hierarchy because they believe that Jesus was eternally and ontologically subordinate to God the Father (not only limited to Jesus' incarnation and the kenosis).
Word of Faith has been teaching this for years, but it doesn't get as much press. Ken Copeland broke my heart some years ago when I heard him teach that Jesus died in hell and God had to recreate Him. Even Joyce Meyer has a very similar teaching based upon their interpretation of Jesus "becoming sin for us." Because of that, He died in hell and had to be born again in hell.
I remember Ken Copeland teaching this same thing as Paula White (whom she sounds nearly identical to sometimes). He said when we look into a manger scene at Christmas, we should say, "That's my baby brother layin' there." It all has the same flavor. He's not the Divine Person, but some kind of special purpose God, and we become some kind of Uber Adam through Jesus.

We are "adopted" children of the Most High God....She must be sooo deceived that God's true "childre" can't see through this "deception" .But Lord we pray for those not grounded on the Rock..who may be deceived...shalom...

To all those who say we need to pray for Paula and Larry Huckster, please take a moment and read what the Lord thinks of all those of this ilk:
Pay close attention to verses 4, 5, 8 & 9

Notice that of the 7 reasons, not 1 has to do with the forgiveness of sins? This is a "preaching" of a cross, not *THE CROSS*!

No, the bible does not say that we can now pray to Father. Christ is a mediator for us. “For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time.”- 1 Timothy 2:5-6. And therefore when we pray, we pray through Christ (in His name).
I'm sorry that I don't have a lot of verses but if you read the earlier verses they are posted in the article that is written on the page dealing with this issue.

Sad part is many will defend Paula because many "Christians" are so caught up in a cult of personality of their favorite preachers. Many tv ministers have an almost rock star status and their followers actually don't care if they teach heresy because they are so enamored of the teacher.
