House Slippers for Jesus?

Warning: If your gardener is Hispanic, do not wear these outside while he is cutting your grass. He may be named Jesus and could mistakenly think that you are trying to hit on him.

I wonder how many of these criticisms are a "Stretch." Sure - I agree that Jesus is not my Homeboy and many of the other posts, but why can't someone wear slippers saying they love Jesus? The world puts labels on us with Polo, J Crew, etc. - so why can't Christians wear clothes that represent what is inside as well? No - it should not be our only outward expression of faith but what is wrong with "I love Jesus" slippers or some of the harmless things?
On some of your posts you ask for people to email you if they know anyone who ever got saved from the "shirt" or whatever it happens to be. My question is - How many Non Believers who visit your site will get saved because of your posts? The question that you and I pose in these situations is moot.
Exposing the Prosperity preachers and other false teachers is all good - but what good do many of the other posts on Jesus Junk really do? I am seriously interested. Thanks for your time.
